I’ve been a long time fan of those gorgeous steel black French doors and windows. I love the look of them as exterior walls and doors, but now they are making their way indoors in the form of partitions and even glorious shower doors. Black steel doors and windows are so chic and modern, yet give a nod to those historical French doors we are all obsessed with.
Is your coffee table bare? It’s ok if it is; we can fix it. In my opinion, a coffee table needs to have something in order to balance the heaviness of the sofa and rug. You can’t just have a bunch of geometric objects placed near eachother and expect them to get along. You need to soften the scene.
Everybody loves a good dining nook. But, these special nooks have increased in popularity recently. Can you guess why? I’ve mentioned before that more and more people are living in cities, which means smaller spaces. Dining nooks are the perfect substitute for that big dining table, without sacrificing a special design moment.

I loooooove me some family rooms! They are so fun and house a lot of different points of interest. Family rooms are casual and fun, used for many different age groups, and are all centered around the idea of togetherness. Isn’t that beautiful?
I am all about budget home updates. The quicker, cheaper, and easier a project, the more likely I am to actually complete it. It’s no secret I LOVE tile and these peel and stick floor tiles are literally from my dreams. They look like expensive patterned cement tile, but are actually vinyl!
