The Perfect Rustic Tablescape for Valentine’s Day (plus a menu)

I am so excited about this post. I love to not only design interiors, but also design areas of our daily lives, SUCH AS TABLESCAPES. I think I would be a really awesome wedding planner because I just get color. I love setting tables and creating different vignettes. I think I love this so much because I absolutely love cooking and I am really, really good at it. To me, cooking is just another art form.

Interviewing takes a lot of time and you need to make money until you do the thing you set out to do when you moved here, the city of dreams and heroes (the sandwich…and I guess the people).

My Favorite Tile Options: Black + White

I’m pretty excited about today’s post. I have almost 2,000 tile designs in my personal design inventory and when it comes to tile, I’m basically like Ariel in The Little Mermaid when she’s in her little cave of treasures singing, “but I want moooooore”.

How to Update Your Design Style

In case you missed it, I’m an interior designer. Designing spaces with different styles and colors comes pretty naturally to me. I love risk taking because I can visualize it in my head–so the outcome isn’t scary; I already know how it will look. It occurs to me though, that other people aren’t able to do this as easily. That’s why they update their space once a decade, and then *WHEW* they are done and don’t have to worry about it.
