I have always loved Jonathan Adler. I have admired his bold use of color and pattern, and his unwavering commitment to provide us with fun interiors. You know my interior style is colorful & casual, and Jonathan’s offerings answer that call. And now, he is on Amazon! Now House by Jonathan Adler just launched on Amazon and fills a much needed colorful void.
I use Amazon for almost everything. In NYC particularly, there really aren’t any giant supermarkets like in other parts of the country. For the most part, you have to get your toiletries and groceries at different places. Furniture buying is also an issue because most people don’t have cars to transport. So, Amazon has really provided a much needed service for city dwellers.
However, I’ve always felt that while their product offerings are great in many categories, home furnishings wasn’t one of them…until now. It’s been really difficult to find stylish furniture on Amazon that isn’t garbage. Most of the offerings have just been a blend of bland generics. Like a thrift store or Forever 21, you really had to search for a good piece. Which is why I am absolutely thrilled at this furniture collab.
Now, this is a full collection, which is really impressive as a first go. Most first run collections are not as extensive as this one; but, I guess it makes sense considering Jonathan Adler is already a furniture giant in his own right. They already have the production and designing down and are able to better serve an under served market. Let me take you through my favorites from Now House by Jonathan Adler.

Isn’t Now House by Jonathan Adler amazing? I particularly love the Josef pieces and am planning on purchasing the coffee table. I’ve been searching for a real wood in a light oak color forever and was actually thinking of getting something vintage, but nothing really stood out as being unique. Also, all the modern options seems to be mid century or farmhouse style, which is fine, but I already have a farmhouse table and a pretty minimalist sectional, so the Josef coffee table with carved wood is absolutely perfect.
The great thing about this collection is that it’s average price, but designed by a luxury brand. I think of Now House by Jonathan Adler as a step above Ikea but not the price point of a Crate and Barrel or CB2. The pieces are mature and “second apartment” style, if that makes sense. The pieces are made of real (not engineered) wood so believe me when I say these pieces will last.
